Minister of Health, Dr. Ali Haji Adam, concluded the third day of the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA) advocacy campaign.
In his closing remarks on Friday, the minister reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to operationalize the interim NMRA.
He emphasized that strengthening medicine regulation is a top priority to ensure that all Somalis have access to safe, quality medicines.
The NMRA’s role is crucial in improving the healthcare system in the country.
It further guarantees the availability and accessibility of regulated and effective medicines across the country.
