Adam Aw Hirsi has traveled to Niger to represent Somalia at the 9th Session of the Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development.
Hirsi is the State Minister of Environment and Climate Change.
He attended the forum that kicked off on Sunday, February 26 in Niamey.
The state minister joins other African participants at the forum in discussing effective mechanisms for accessing climate finance.
