Somali legislators were unable to debate the proposed amendments to the constitution owing to a lack of quorum.
Parliamentarians from the House of the People (Lower House) failed to discuss the amendments as scheduled on Monday.
Consequently, the debate was called off, according to reports by several local journalists and insiders in the house.
