Speaker Sheikh Adan Mohamed Noor Madobe of the House of the People has commended Somali National Army (SNA) on its 63rd anniversary.
The Speaker of the Lower House extended congratulations to the SNA that celebrated its anniversary on Wednesday.
SNA was formed on April 12, 1960.
He listed several achievements of the army.
Specifically, he focused on the army’s successes in the ongoing operations against Al-Shabaab.
Speaker Madobe commended the army for defending the territorial integrity of Somalia.
