Somalia’s National Economic Council (NEC) concluded a two-day workshop on Thursday under the theme “Shaping a Resilient and Sustainable Future for Somalia’s Productive Sector.”
The workshop brought together government officials, civil society representatives, and other stakeholders to explore strategies for strengthening Somalia’s economic resilience and sustainability.
In his concluding remarks, the Chief Economic Advisor to the President and Executive Director of the National Economic Council, Hassan Adam Hosow, commended the organizers and participants for their valuable contributions.
The discussions emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts in driving growth, improving productivity, and addressing challenges in Somalia’s key economic sectors.
