The National Health Workforce Summit has kicked off in Mogadishu.
Deputy Prime Minister Salah Jama joined other government officials at Wednesday’s opening ceremony.
The summit has attracted different stakeholders working in the health sector.
These include officials from the Ministry of Health, who organised it.
Other participants present at the summit include health professionals and policymakers.
Participants will be discussing prevailing health issues in the country.
