Today Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre oversaw the formal handover of responsibilities from outgoing Second Deputy Prime Minister Abdisalam Ali to his successor, Jibril Abdirashid Haji.
During the ceremony, the Prime Minister praised Abdisalam for his dedication and service in the role and extended his best wishes to Haji for a successful tenure.
