Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Adirahman was born on September 23, 1955. He is the son of former Puntland President Mohamed Abdi Hashi. He earned his PhD in economics from George Mason University, a master’s degree from John Hopkins University, and a master’s degree from Pace University in New York, and a Public Accountant (CPA) degree. He is a financial analyst, has extensive knowledge of Banks, and in 1989-2004, worked at the World Bank.
