The regional state of Puntland has announced intentions to hold elections for six parliamentary seats on February 2.
According to Puntland’s State Elections Implementation Team (SEIT), the polls would take place on Wednesday next week.
Puntland’s SEIT listed the seats as HOP#014, HOP#075, HOP#094, HOP#121, HOP#174, and HOP#192.
The electoral process, including identification and training of delegates, would take place between January 29 and February 1.
