The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) has a new Director of Disaster Research and Training.
Abdullahi Mohamed Abdi Qaran takes charge of the department of Disaster Research and Training with immediate effect.
This follows his appointment by Mahamuud Moallim, the SODMA Commissioner, on Thursday.
