Somalia’s Council of Cabinet held a session on Thursday, September 22 to discuss various issues important to the nation.
The cabinet, under the leadership of Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre, approved the national strategy for the eradication of terrorism.
It also discussed and approved anti-money laundering measures.
Furthermore, the Council of Cabinet agreed to proceed with the ongoing measures for combating the financing of terror activities around the East African nation.
Farhan Jimale confirmed these developments in an address to the media.
Jimale is the Spokesperson as well as the Director of Communications and Public Relations of the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS).
