A delegation from Somalia has traveled to the Kenyan coastal town of Mombasa for the CHACOF62 Seasonal Forecast Conference.
The delegation arrived in Mombasa on Wednesday, August 24.
The Somali team comprises officials from the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS). Directors and communication experts from various government departments are on the team.
This year’s conference focuses on managing climate change.
It also seeks to discuss and identify ways of building resilience and resistance to different climatic shocks.
