The Somali government is to continue distributing Iftar packages to residents of newly liberated areas in the country.
The government is to do this through the Ministry of Interior Affairs.
A communiqué from the interior affairs ministry added that the government would distribute the packages to areas recently liberated from terrorists.
The distribution is to run throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
