A Somali minister accuses Ethiopia of lacking the rule of law.
Hassan Moalli, the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, said that Ethiopia not only lacks the rule of law but also relies on violence.
“Ethiopia’s political landscape is replete with violence,” said Moallin.
He added that Somalia is different since it is in the process of crafting a homegrown constitution that seeks to restore the rule of law in the country.
The minister further accused Ethiopia of lacking the ability to transition from imperialism to a nation-state.
