Somali Police Force (SPF) announced that they have arrested a man who was caught on video harassing a young boy while brandishing a gun.
A video showing the man whipping the young boy on the side of a road went viral on Friday, September 9.
A day later, SPF confirmed that its officers had apprehended the man.
Zakia Hussen, Deputy Police Commissioner of SPF, confirmed that the man had not only been arrested but would now face due process.
