Somali Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre bid farewell to the outgoing Head of the United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS).
Prime Minister Barre held a meeting with Lisa Filipetto, the Head of UNSOS, in Mogadishu on Sunday.
He expressed gratitude to the outgoing UNSOS chief who concluded her term at the helm of UNSON operations in Somalia.
Specifically, Prime Minister Barre mentioned Ms. Filipetto’s dedication to her service.
Barre commended the support that Filipetto had accorded to Somalia during her tenure at the helm of the organization.
