Somalia is Attractive to Russians Interested in Investing in Energy and Mineral Extraction

Somalia is attractive to Russians who would like to invest in the country’s energy and mineral extraction sectors.

Sergey Lavrov revealed this on Monday.

Lavrov is the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs.

He was speaking a few days after holding discussions with his Somali counterpart, who was on tour in Moscow, the capital of Russia.

Lavrov and Abshir Omar Jama Huruse signed an agreement on behalf of their respective countries.

They agreed on increased cooperation in specific areas.
