Somalia’s Ministry of Health organized training for its senior personnel on February 13.
Dr. Fawziya Abikar Nur, the minister in charge of the health docket, was on hand to ensure that the senior officers received top-notch training.
The purpose of the training, which took place in Mogadishu, to equip the officers with wide-ranging skills.
Through it, the officers are now able to operate with improved capacity, transparency, and teamwork.
Some of the areas the training covered were leadership attributes.
Hanad Hassan also enlightened the trainees on conflict resolution as well as ways of identifying the reasons or factors causing non-performance.
