The only all-women media team in Somalia has won a prestigious global award.
Bilan Media won the prestigious award at a ceremony held in London on Wednesday.
The team received the One World Media Press Freedom Award 2024.
The award is in recognition of the stellar work the women at Bilan Media have been doing.
Bilan Media created history by being the first one from Somalia to win such an award.
