A delegation from the Somalia Investment Promotion Office (SOMINVEST) traveled to Tunisia to attend a COMESA conference.
The delegation, which is under the leadership of SOMINVEST Director Mohamed Dubo, attended the COMESA event for investment promotion agencies (IPAs).
The event has attracted officials representing IPAs from 21 African nations.
They will discuss innovative strategies that help to promote and attract foreign direct investment (FDI).
The SOMINVEST Delegation held discussions with several Tunisian investors.
Tunisian investors have displayed keen interest in investing in areas such as construction, agribusiness, hospitality, and tourism in Somalia.
