The United Nations has lauded the launch of Somalia Joint Fund (SJF).
Kiki Gbeho commended the launch of SJF, which took place on Wednesday.
Gbeho is the Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General.
She termed SJF a “useful tool.”
Gbeho hailed SJF as a tool that would enable the UN and other international partners to support Somalia’s priorities.
She added that they would use SJF to support state-building and peace-building efforts in Somalia.
