A drug prevention campaign has been launched in the Mogadishu district of Dharkeynley.
Officials from the local administration launched the campaign on January 20.
Many young people attended Thursday’s event.
Organizers lauded the youth who attended the event. They also cited the increased use of drugs by local youth.
The public awareness programme would continue into the foreseeable future.
Clerics, health officials, activists, and leaders from different sectors were at the Thursday night event.
