Bihi Egeh discussed Somalia’s growth plans with a visiting Professor from Oxford University.
Egeh, in his capacity as the Minister of Finance, welcomed Prof. Stefan Dercon to Mogadishu this week.
Apart from Egeh, Prof. Dercon also held meetings with other senior Somali government officials.
Among those he held discussions with included President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre.
Prof. Dercon and the Oxford University team also met with top businessmen in Somalia.
