He reaffirmed his promise to increase salaries for armed forces by 250% during his tenure, despite economic challenges.

The President highlighted the economic difficulties Somaliland has faced, including conflicts, elections, and market destructions, but vowed to overcome these obstacles.
He announced that the salary increments would be implemented through a Presidential Decree, prioritizing the armed forces even amid financial constraints.
