Six Somalis who have been stranded in Libya for years are finally back home.
The six young men arrived in Mogadishu on Wednesday.
They were unable to leave Libya for years.
Upon arriving, the six men stated that they endured years of hardship and imprisonment.
These Somali nationals arrived back home courtesy of the intervention of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
International partners and the Office of Migration, Returns, and Children’s Rights played a role in their return too.
