President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of Somalia attended the closing ceremony of the Baidoa Reconciliation Conference.
The conference ended on Friday, February 3.
Speaker Sheikh Adan Madobe of the federal House of the People (Lower House) was among those present to welcome President Mohamud.
President Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed Laftagareen, the regional leader of Southwest State, was also at hand to receive Somalia’s President.
Several federal and regional legislators also welcomed President Mohamud to Baidoa.
