Somalia has endorsed a United Nations resolution on the establishment of an International Day for Dialogue Among Civilizations.
China had proposed the resolution before the UN General Assembly (UNGA).
The objective of establishing the day was to enhance unity among civilizations around the world.
Somalia joined most of the UN member states in not only co-signing but also endorsing the resolution.
