Mogadishu – The Ministry of Ports and Maritime Transport has issued a warning to fishermen, merchant vessels, and small boats, alerting them to strong winds.
The warning, issued on Monday, says that fishermen should be taken note of the rough sea conditions expected along Somalia’s coastline today.
The ministry urged all maritime operators to exercise extreme caution and avoid unnecessary travel during this period of high risk.
The advisory aims to prevent accidents and ensure safety at sea.
