Somaliland Ministers have accepted a pay cut as the economy suffers from the prolonged clashes in Las Anod.
Las Anod has been a scene of unending conflicts for several months now.
A press conference by the Minister of Agriculture on Sunday shows that his colleagues have agreed to the pay cuts.
He added that the government would use the funds from the pay cuts to support the war effort in Las Anod.
Abdiqadir Imam Warsame, the agriculture minister, added that the war effort has been facing serious lack of funds.
