The leader of the regional state of Galmudug has visited Bahdo town.
President Ahmed Abdi Karie Qoorqoor of Galmudug State visited Bahdo town on Friday, July 9.
Recently, the town witnessed clashes between government forces and militants. Local residents joined forces with government troops to repel the militants.
Qoorqoor is scheduled to hold discussions with several regional leaders.
He will also evaluate the humanitarian needs of the local people considering the impact of the devastating drought in the country.
