Jubbaland is scheduled to host the National Humanitarian Relief Forum.
The forum, which kicks off on June 5, will be in Kismayo, the capital of Jubbaland state.
A delegation from the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) is in Kismayo for the event.
Mahamuud Moallim, the SODMA Commissioner, led the delegation in traveling for the conference.
Deputy Prime Minister Salah Jama will be at the conference.
Ministers in charge of the humanitarian and relied dockets at the regional states will be present.
Representatives of some of Somalia’s international partners will attend it too.
