President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has mourned the death of Chief of the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF).
The Somalia President called President William Ruto on phone to pass his condolences to his Kenyan counterprt.
Lt. Gen. Francis Ogolla passed away on Thursday when the helicopter he was traveling in crashed and burst into flames in Elgeyo Marakwet county.
